Principal’s Message
Welcome to St John’s Primary School, Mullumbimby, NSW, Australia. St John’s School caters for boys and girls aged from 5 years to 12 years of age.
Our school is part of St John’s Parish Mullumbimby and is a member of the Lismore Diocese school system.
St John’s School strives to provide quality education where children are happy, feel safe and are immersed in an interesting, innovative and challenging learning environment helping the individual to reach their full potential.

Baptism
Baptisms are normally held at 3.30pm on a Saturday afternoon or 10am on Sundays depending on Priest availability.
For a baptism pack please call the Parish Office on 6684 2106 (Tuesdays- Thursdays, 10am-4.30pm).
Please note that Baptism preparation is required with our priest.
Children’s Sacramental Program
A Sacramental Program is run every year starting with an information night in March.
If your child is a baptised Catholic and entering into Year 3, they are eligible for the Sacrament of Confirmation. Reconciliation and First Communion will follow the following year (Year 4).
Children not attending St John’s Primary will be led through a preparation program that runs once a week for 4 weeks before the Sacrament.
If your child is older than Year 3 and has not received any of the sacraments and is Baptised Catholic, eligibility for all three Sacraments will be on a case by case basis.
